1. Introductions:
Chairman Rycyk called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m., and a quorum was present.
2. Adoption of the agenda:
A motion was made by Mr. Shorthose to approve the agenda and seconded by Mr. Naught. All were in favor and
agenda was approved.
3. Approval of the minutes:
A motion was made by Mr. Naught to approve the minutes and was seconded by Mr. Shorthose. All were in favor
and the minutes were approved.

6. Scheduled Reports:
a) Airport Manager’s Report
Mr. Craft stated that runway 1230 is out of service and has been milled off. All of the concrete pours will be
scheduled at night because temperature needs to be below 93 degrees. Ron stated that the schedule for the
project has not changed due to the excessive rain fall.
Mr. Craft said he has not heard anything back about the terminal being recognized as being a historical site.
They are still working on converting all the lights to LED lights.

b) FBO Report – JC Flying Service
Mr. Shorthose said JC Flying Services stated that the runway closure has caused a little bit of a slowdown. The
flight school has been met with resistance because the FAA in KC is understaffed and they are not working on
any new certification.
c) Staff Liaison Report
Mr. Smith was not present to present an update
