APPOINTING ANTHONY NEIBERT AS OFFICIAL TO DESIGNATE
ABANDONED PROPERTIES
WHEI!.EAS, an abandoned property list identifies properties within a
municipàlity which may be reclaimed for reuse; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A.55:19-54 through 59 a municipality must
designate a Public Officer for the purpose of creating said abandoned property
list;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
ANTHONY NEIBERT
is hereby appointed Public Officer to create abandoned property lists for the
Borough of Carteret.

and certified as a true copy of the
Original on March 11, 2005.
