CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, FEBRUARY 1, 2021
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the February 1, 2021 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at
5:45 P.M. to review the agenda.
Due to COVID-19/social distancing recommendations, the meeting was held virtually
and streamed live on Facebook.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Lester, Schreiber, Vogt, and
Ward
Absent: Kemna and Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Kemna will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Kristi Campbell, Director of Cole County Health Department and Mayor Tergin
will provide a pandemic update.
- Honorable Brian Stumpe is unable to attend tonight’s meeting. He will be
attending the virtual, February 15th meeting for his years of service
recognition.
Consent Agenda Items
- There were no questions at this time.
Councilmembers Kemna and Wiseman joined the meeting at 5:47 P.M.
Presentations from Staff, Consultants & Invited Guests
- Matt Morasch, Director of Public Works, will present an update on the Clark
and Dunklin intersection and how it relates to the City County Joint ½ Cent
Capital Improvement Sales Tax.

- City Staff presented their introduced bill.
