Resolution Appointing Earl Sichterman to the
Sewer/Utilities Review Committee
WHEREAS, the City has established a Sewer/Utilities Review Committee via Ordinance Chapter 96:
Sewer/Utilities Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 96 stipulates that six (6) members of the Committee shall be residents of the City
for a renewable term of three years; and,
WHEREAS, Earl Sichterman, a resident of the City, has volunteered to serve as a community
representative; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint Earl Sichterman to the Sewer/Utilities Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: Earl Sichterman is appointed as a community representative to the Sewer/Utilities Review
Committee for a pro -rated three-year term beginning 03/12/2024 and ending 12/31/2026.
Passed, approved, and adopted this 12th day of March 2024.
