AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT
WITH THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has been notified that it has received a FY
2004 H~meland Security Pass Through Grant in the amount of$112,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Borough and the County of Middlesex wish to formalize the
terms and conditions of said grant award;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough ofCarteret as follows:
I. That the Mayoz is hereby authorized to execute the attached Grant
Agreement.
2. That a copy of the Resolution and executed Grant Agreement be forwarded
to Mr. Zach at the Middlesex County Fire Training Academy.
Adopted this 10th day of March, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March II, 2005.
