A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF 214’ OFF THE NORTH END OF 200 BLOCK OF NORTH 9TH STREET, RICHMOND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the zoning map designates and describes the property at 214’ off the North end of 200 block of North 9th Street, Richmond, Indiana as R-4 District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Special Use District to allow construction of additional building to improve services of an existing business, Stegall-Berheide-Orr
Funeral Home.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the property at 214’ off the north end of 200 block of North 9th
Street, Richmond, Indiana, and more particularly described below is hereby changed to a Special Use District:
Lots 182 through 188 and 2’ off North side of Lot 189, Richmond Official Map.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of September, 2001, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
