RESOLUTION NO. 89 -2855
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS AND A
CITY CONTRACTOR ACCESS TO SALES AND USE TAX RECORDS
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 7056
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY HEREBY RE-
SOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City officials are hereby au-
thorized to receive and review sales and use tax transactions,
for the City of Temple City from the Board of Equalization:
Mayor:
Mayor Pro Tem:
Councilmember:
Councilmember:
Councilmember:
City Manager:
Finance Officer:
Patrick Froehle
Thomas D. Breazeal
Tom D. Atkins
Kenneth G. Gillanders
Mary Lou-Swain
Karl L. Koski
Francine Maldonado
Section 2. The following independent contractor for the
City of Temple City is hereby also authorized to receive and
review sales and use tax transactions for the City of Temple
City.
Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates:
Robert Hinderliter, Principal
Lloyd de Llamas, Principal
Section 3. The City of Temple City hereby certifies that
Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates;
A. Has an existing contract with the City of Temple City
to receive sales and use tax records; and
B. Is required by that contract to disclose information
contained in, or derived from, those sales and use tax
records only to an officer or employee of the City who
is authorized by this resolution to examine the infor-
mation; and
C. Is prohibited by that contract from performing con-
sulting services for a retailer during the term of
that contract; and
D. Is prohibited by that contract from retaining the
information contained in, or derived from those sales
tax records, after that contract has expired.

Section 5. This resolution supersedes all previous au-
thorizations.
Section 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy to the Board of
Equalization.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution
No. 89 -2855, was adopted by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of April
1989 by the following vote:
