RESOLUTION APPROVING TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT-
FOR MERIDIAN II, LLC REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
BE IT R~OLVED that the Mayor and Municipal Clerk be and are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Tax Abatement Agreement for the Portion of
the Meridian II, LLC Redevelopment Project located within the Borough of
Carteret pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:21-let seq. in a form acceptable to the Borough
Attorney
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate Borough Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to take the necessary action to implement the
terms of the Tax Abatement Agreement.
Adopted this 17th day of March
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 18,2005.
