RESOLUTION APPROVING TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT - FOR RADISSON HOTEL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Municipal Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Tax Abatement Agreement for the Portion of the Radisson Hotel Development Project located within the Borough of Carteret pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:21-let seq. in a form acceptable to the Borough Attorney BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized and directed to take the necessary action to implement the terms of the Tax Abatement Agreement.
