2.Continue to review the google doc spreadsheet with news reports,documents,permits,
and environmental studies for the “toolbox”of mechanical and chemical (herbicide)
management option methods approved in the Spring of 2022 for the control of
“nuisance”aquatic vegetation in Lake Maspenock

3.Kim of Con Com recommends:“All of the documents,studies,and information,including
assessments by a limnologist,are public record.I would encourage you to review the files to
get a better idea of how the permit works,background studies on the lake,and future testing
and documentation required under the permit.The town stores documents on Google Drive
and can be accessed here.I've also attached the permit from Conservation to this email for
your convenience.”
