CALL FORWARD, ALL CALLS
C~ll Forward, Ail C~lls allows a subscriber ~o have all incoming (intragroup and direct inward dhllng (DID) calls
automatically foswarded to a preassigned DN. The forwarded-to- DN may be within or outside the customer
~roup (i.e., the local calling group and/or a foreign exchange), or calls may be forwarded to an actencLant. The
subscriber can activate and deactivate the feature. The forwarded-to DN is chosen at activation.
CALL FORWARD, BUSY-ALL
The Call Forward, Busy- All feature provides the capability to automatically forward all calls (incoming or
intragsoup) destined to a busy subscriber, to another predetermined subscriber line within the same customer
group. Call Forward, Busy is activated when a call arrives ac a busy station. Upon finding the station busy, the
system automatically, forwards the call to a predetermined DH within the same customer group.
CALL FORWARD, NO ANSWER
Call Forward, No Answer allows a terminating call to an Idle subscriber to be forwarded automatically to a
preassigned DH within the group if the call is not answered within a preselected number of ringing cycles. Call
Forward, No Answer is activated only when a terminating call has gone unanswered after a preselected number
of ringing cycles. The number of rings, prior to forwarding, vary from two ten rings.

CALL PICKUP
Call Pickup allows a subscriber to answer incoming calls to another station by dialing a feature activation code.
To perform Call Pickup, both the ringing station and the station dialing the Call Pickup activation code must
belong to the same Call Pickup group within the same customer group.
CALL TRANSFER
The Call Transfer feature allows a subscriber to transfer an established call to another line, within or outside the
customer group. In addition, a subscriber assigned Call Transfer automatically receives the privilege of forming a
Three-Way Conference, even if her line is not assigned the Three-Way Conference feature. (Note that the
opposite does not occur; i.e., a subscriber who is assigned only Three-Way Conference does not automatically
have the privilege of Call Transfer. Call Transfer must be assigned separately). In addition we add Call
Transfer, Outside as an enhancement to this feature. This allows the subscriber to transfer and drop out of the
call, leaving the two other lines connected. There are no limitations on where a call can be transferred to.
CALL WAITING, ORIGINA TING
Call Waiting, Originating is a station option that allows Call Waiting tones to be imposed automatcally by the
originating station. This feature does not require an access code to be dialed; Call Waiting is imposed
automatically. The called subscriber has to be in the talking state in order to impose Call Waiting tones. This
feature also includes Cancel Call Waiting.
