WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S
LICENSE fo~ the Year 2005 by the following:

WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordinance
Regulating and Licensing Amusement Games and said Department
recommends that a License for the current year be issued to the
applicant(s) listed above.
Noo, 1lIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HE1.ŒJ3Y RF5OLVED,by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is ~ereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT
GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the YEAR2005 to the applicant(s)
hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
