RESOLUTION NO. 89 -2865
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING A PETTY CASH FUND
AND CASHIER FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient operation of the
city that the City Council establish a Petty Cash :Fund and cen-
tral cashiering funds for the City Hall and Civic Center.
SECTION 1. An Administrative Petty Cash Fund of $350 is
hereby established.
A. This fund shall be reimbursed periodically by checks of
the City of Temple City approved by the City Council. It
shall be expended by City Officials for necessary and
actual expenses incurred by them in the conduct of City
business. Accurate and complete records of all such
expenditures made from said fund shall be submitted by
the City Officials to and retained by the Finance
Department.
SECTION 2. A City Hall Cashier Fund of $250 is hereby
established.
SECTION 3. A Civic Center Cashier Fund of $100 is hereby
established.
SECTION 4. These funds shall be subject to audit periodi-
cally by the auditor of the City of Temple City.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution
No. 89 -2865, was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of May,
