AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri finds that certain property in
the custody of the Finance Department described below, is surplus property, and as such
represents a burdensome cost for storage and maintenance, and that the property is no
longer needed for any public purpose.
1. 1989 Ford F-350 Van, VIN 1FDHS34HOKHC40003, 4,000 miles
2. 2000 International 4000 Series 4900 Single Axle Truck with plow and
spreader, VIN 1 HTSDAARX1 H331027, 8,757 Miles, 1030 hours
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to dispose of the property
by trade-in, sealed bid, or auction.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
