CREATING A HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE
FOR 3 SAINT ANN STREET AND 63 EDWIN STREET
WHEREAS, Kathleen Lovas of 3 Saint Ann Street and Andrew Komlodi of 63 Edwin
Street have requested a Handicapped Parking Space; and
WHEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said locations and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Spaces shall
be designated;
3 SAINT ANN STREET KA THLEEN LOVAS
63 EDWIN STREET ANDREW KOMLODI
Adopted this 31 st day of March, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 1, 2005.
