1.Call the meeting to order
2.Vote to enter Executive Session to consider the purchase,lease,sale or value of real estate in
relation to the Colella Property (Map U24 4 0);because the chair declares an open meeting may
have a detrimental effect on the negotiation position of the town.
3.Reopen in regular session
4.Adjournment
The listings of matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.Not all
items in fact may not be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent
permitted by law."
