The mayor announced the following appointments for the 1975
calendar year:

City Attorney T. J. Heronimus
City Engineer Hollis Ryken
Maintenance & Police Employees Aeilt Terfehn,
Rick Penning, Frank Hippen
The appointments were approved on a motion by Huisman, seconded
by Van Deest. Carried.
On a motion by Cordes, seconded by Heinrich the following
salaries were approved: Clerk $135 per month.; Treasurer $155
per year; Penning $650 per month; Hippen $60U per month; Terfehn
$180 per month. Motion carried.
Moved by Fairbanks, seconded by Huisman that the Peoples Savings
Bank be the official depository for city funds. Carried.
On a motion '�r Huisman, seconded by Cordes, the meeting stood
adjourned. Carried.

The Wellsburg Town Council met in regdlap'session on February
3, 1975, with Mayor Hippen presiding and Cciuncilmen Heinrich,
Fairbanks, Cordes, and Van Deest present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved on a motion by
Van Deest, seconded by Cordes. Carried.
Heinrich moved, Fairbanks seconded allowance of the following
bills for payment:

Tap. Carried.
There being no further business, Fairbanks moved, Heinrich
seconded
adjournment. Carried.
