Dear President and Honorable Town Council,
Subject: Amendment to Section 5.16: Pleasant Street Corridor District (PCSD) Planning Board
Report hearing to modify the Pleasant Street Corridor District zoning.
We the residents of Pilgrim, Puritan, Rosedale and Acton Street are requesting a delay on the vote to
pass the Amendment to Section 5.16 Planning Board Report tonight.
With the understanding this request will give residents a chance to review the Planning Board zoning
changes.
We the undersigned believe that more transparency is required (Sasaki - Concept Plan and
Implementation Strategy dated Nov 1, 2007) as it has progressively impacted town government and
-esident quality of life.
