APPOINTING AMBASSADOR MEDICAL SERVICES INC.,
TO ADMINISTER DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor a'1d Council of the Borough of Carteret that
Ambassador medical services inc. is hereby designated to administer the Department of
Transportation mandatory drug/alcohol testing program on behalf of the Borough of
Carteret in accordance with the attached proposal of services for the same effective
January 2005 through December 2005; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby
authorized to execute thc abovc proposal for said services.
