Leesburg Town Hall Parking Garage Now Accepts Credit Cards
Leesburg, VA (August 29, 2016) – Visitors to downtown Leesburg who park in the Town Hall
Parking Garage can now pay for parking with credit cards.
Attendants at the Market Street exit booth can process payments by MasterCard, Visa and
Discover cards. The Loudoun Street exit will remain for permit holders only.
“Accepting credit card payments for parking was one of the Downtown Parking Task Force’s
recommendations,” explained Keith Markel, Leesburg’s Deputy Town Manager. “In addition to
accepting credit cards in the parking garage, next month we will be rolling out a program that
allows visitors to pay for on-street parking meters with credit cards using their smartphones.”
