RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #05-135
WHEREAS, Resolution #05-135 incorrectly identified B&W Construction Co. of NJ,
Inc. instead of B&B Construction Co., LLC as the lowest bidder for the respective
component (Proposal A) of the West Carteret/Hill District Sanitary Sewer Projects.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. Resolution #05-135 is hereby amended to replace B&W Construction Co. of NJ,
Inc. with B&B Construction Co., LLC.
2. A copy ofthis Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Consulting Engineer and
Purchasing Department.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 8, 2005.
