RESOLUTION NO. 89 -2888
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ACCEPTING A PORTION OF THE STREET AS A PUBLIC
STREET WITHIN THE PUBLIC STREET SYSTEM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS on June 13, 1986, an irrevocable offer of dedica-
tion was made by Hiroshi Komai and .Lillie Yuriko Komai to dedi-
cate the property herein described as the westerly 30' of Parcel
No. 1 of Parcel Map 11844 (L.A. Co. Rec. PM 123 -27) and the
15'radius corner cut -off at the southwest corner of the subject
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Temple
City hereby accepts such offer and dedication of the property
herein described as a public street within the public street
system.
SECTION 1. The City Clerk is directed to forward a
certified copy of this Resolution to the L.A. County Recorder for
recordation.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of August, 1989.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution
No. 89 -2888 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple
City at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1989 by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Atkins,Breazeal ,Gillanders,Swain,Froehle
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
