AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, ,AMENDING THE MCCAJaL, CITY CODE § $ -1.4 - 6 (I ) TO ALLOW FOR FISHING WITH THE THF FISH PRIOREXPRESS COUNCIL TY REREARING Nei' FENS ATTACHED; AND pnovIDZ C = DOCKS AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the_ City of McCall has an exi6Ling prohibition against fishing from City docks with fish redl:ia9 net pens attached; and WHEREAS, in circumstances, especially promotion of fishing and good fishing practices for fishing should be allowed in such areas; and WHEREAS, allowing fishing in such areas with prior express r_onsent of the City Council would allow limited use of such areas under certain circumstances. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR. AND THR CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, aS follows: certain for 4Yle youths, COUNCIL OF Sect;nn 1.
