HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 733 - Annual Appropriations for FY 1999ORDINANCE NO. 3 3 CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1999, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $11,545,660 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLPROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, as follows: Section 1: That the sum of $11,545,660 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING October 1, 1999 Section 2: The objects and purposes for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object and urpose is as follows: DEPT. Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Star News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of McCall, and the official newspaper of said City. That pursuant to the provisions of section 50-207, Idaho Code, I keep a correct joumal of the proceedings of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, and that I am the statutory custodian of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of said City. 2. That the attached Ordinance No. is a true and correct copy of the ordinance passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, held on August 26, 1999, and duly recorded in my office; and 3. That said regular meeting was fully convened and held in all respects in accordance with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting having been given; that a legal quorum was present throughout the meeting and that a legally sufficient number of members of Council voted in the proper manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper adoption and passage of said ordinance have been duly fulfilled, carried out and observed; and that I am authorized to execute this certificate.
