GENERAL BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 4-3-
24(F); PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; REPEALING CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, McCall City Code 4-3-24(F) requires general business licenses to be
renewed before the end of each calendar year; and
WHEREAS, McCall City Code 4-3-24(F) states that after payment of the first
year's fees, no further fees shall be required; and
WHEREAS, the McCall City Clerk recommends establishing a fee to cover
administrative costs associated with issuing and renewing business licenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
SECTION 1: McCall City Code 4-3-24 (F) shall be amended as follows as indicated in
underline and/or strikeout:
(F) Term Of License; Renewal: All licenses shall expire the last day of each
year, and shall be dated from the first day issued until the last day of the current
year. Each such general business license may be renewed before the end of each
calendar year by notice to the City Clerk in writing_with payment of fees as set forth
in 4-3-24(D).
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City
and shall take of fga.be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication.

I, the undersigned, the duly appointed, qualified, City Clerk of the City of McCall, Idaho,
do hereby certify the following:
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-207, Idaho Code, I keep a correct
journal of the proceedings of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, and that
I am statutory custodian of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of said City.
2. That the attached Ordinance No. 763 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance
passed at a special meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on June
13, 2002 and duly recorded in my office; and
3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in
accordance with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of
such meeting and that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council
voted in the proper manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all
other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper adoption and passage
of said ordinance have been duly fulfilled, carried out and observed; and that I
am authorized to execute this certificate.
