Home My Public Portal AboutOrd. 782 - Annual Appropriation FY 2004:; ORDINANCE NO. 782 AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2003, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $11,846,918 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSE FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McCall, Valley Section 1: That the sum of $11,846,918 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2003. Section 2: The objects and purposes for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object and purpose is as follows: ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES: GENERAL FUND Mayor and Council 114,990 Network Administrator 97,308 City Manager 158,471 Administrative Costs 355,902 Clerk/Finance Department 294,289 Community Development 294,133 Police Department 868,421 Parks 187,066 Contingency 200,000 General Fund Total 2,570,580 Streets/Public Works Fund 1,076,006 Library Fund 247,595 Recreation Fund 228,586 Airport Fund 531,933 Capital Projects Fund 961,135 Debt Service Fund 110,190 LID's 538,735 Golf Fund 859,079 Water Fund 3,512,222 Sewer Fund 1,210,8,57 SPECIAL REVENUE & ENTERPRISE FUND EXPENDITURES 9,276,338 TOTAL PROPOSED EXPENDITURES 11,846,918 Section 3: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of McCall be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2003. Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. =w Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Star News, a newspaper for general circulation the City of McCall, and the official newspaper of said City. That the attached Ordinance No. 782 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on August 28, 2003 and duly recorded in my office; and 3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting and that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council voted in the proper manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper adoption and passage of said ordinance have been duly fulfilled, carried out and observed; and that I am authorized to execute this certificate.
