Pursuant to Idaho Code §50-1047, I am enclosing a copy of McCall City Ordinance No.
796. This Ordinance was adopted by the City Council on August 26, 2004 and was
subsequently approved by a 77% majority of voters during a Special City Election held
on November 2, 2004. The results of the election were canvassed by the City Council on
November 3, 2004, authorizing the Ordinance to take effect on January 1, 2005. Should
