AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO
AMENDING McCALL CITY CODE TITLE I, CHAPTER EIGHT; BY AMENDING
THE REGULAR MEETING TIME OF THE McCALL CITY COUNCIL;
PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; REPEALING CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Title I Chapter Eight of the City of McCall Municipal Code
establishes the regular meeting time for the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City desire to change the
regular meeting time for the McCall City Council
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1. McCall City Code Section 1-8-4, relating to the Regular Meeting Time
of the McCall City Council, is amended in pertinent part as follows:
1-8-4: TIME OF MEETING:
All Council meetings shall begin at seven o'clock (7:00) six o'clock (6:00)
P.M. unless a different time be specified for special meetings in the call of
such special meetings.
Section 2. SEVERABILITY
It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that the provisions, and parts
thereof, of this Ordinance shall be severable. Should any section, subsection,
paragraph, clause or phrase of this Ordinance, or any particular application
thereof, be declared invalid or unconstitutional for any reason by a Court of
competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of
said section, subsection, paragraph, clause or phrase of this Ordinance.
Section 3. REPEALING CLAUSE
All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.

correct journal of the proceedings of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho,
and that I am statutory custodian of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of
said City.
2. That the attached Ordinance No. Ro l is a true and correct copy of an
ordinance passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall
held on 4.4.r 6.r lS , 2004 and duly recorded in my office; and
3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in
accordance with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice
of such meeting and that a legally sufficient number of members of the
Council voted in the proper manner and for the passage of said ordinance;
and that all other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper
adoption and passage of said ordinance have been duly fulfilled, carried out
and observed; and that I am authorized to execute this certificate.
