Box 70 Boise, ID 83702 Dear Mr. Dodson, In accordance with the terms of the franchise agreement between the City of McCall and Idaho Power I have enclosed copies of McCall City Ordinances No. 794 and No. 802. As discussed with you the other day, Ordinance No. 794 had a problem in the legal description which caused a closure error. Ordinance No. 802 was adopted to correct the problems contained in the legal description. To my knowledge there are no existing addresses located in the annexed area.
