Dear Mr. Dodson,
In accordance with the terms of the franchise agreement between the City of
McCall and Idaho Power I have enclosed copies of McCall City Ordinances No.
794 and No. 802. As discussed with you the other day, Ordinance No. 794 had a
problem in the legal description which caused a closure error. Ordinance No.
802 was adopted to correct the problems contained in the legal description. To
my knowledge there are no existing addresses located in the annexed area.

The Idaho State Tax Commission received the documentation that was provided for the
annexation of real property in MCCALL (CITY), for tax year 2006. The Idaho State Tax
Commission approves the map and legal description. This approval is limited to the
acknowledgement that the map and legal description meets the requirements of Section
63-215 Idaho Code, and Idaho State Tax Commission Rule 225.
