AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 0.17 ACRES LOCATED AT 718 LAFAYETTE
STREET FROM RS -4 MEDIUM DENSITY DETACHED RESIDENTIAL TO N -O
NEIGHBORHOOD OFFICE.
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to
zoning have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS -4 Medium
Density Detached Residential to N -O Neighborhood Office: All of Lot No. 9 and the
southerly 16 feet of Lot No. 8 of LITTLE AND KEYES SUBDIVISION of OUTLOT 15
and 16 in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri. Containing 0.17 acres.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
