“Leesburg VA Property Reveal 360” Commercial Real Estate
Market Showcase Planned for October 6, 2016
Town officials, brokers and developers will present and discuss trends in the
office market, retail opportunities and Town infrastructure.
Leesburg, VA (September 27, 2016) – The Leesburg Economic Development Department will
present the Leesburg VA Property Reveal 360 on Thursday, October 6, 2016, from 8:30am to
10:30am at K2M, Inc., located at 600 Hope Parkway SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
This annual event provides a snapshot of the Leesburg commercial real estate market and
highlights recent new construction as well as projects in the development pipeline. The event
will begin with a showcase of available and coming-soon office, retail and commercial
properties. Following the property showcase, Marantha Edwards, Leesburg’s Economic
Development Director, will moderate a panel discussion on trends in office, retail and
infrastructure in the Leesburg market. Panel members include Bob White from Landmark
Commercial Real Estate; Molly Novotny, of Cooley LLP; Scott Coffman, Director of the Leesburg
Executive Airport; and Don Knutson, president of the Knutson Companies.
Town staff will distribute copies of the 2016 Retail Market Analysis for Leesburg at the event.
This report identifies potential opportunities for retailers to grow their businesses by
highlighting the retail merchandise categories with the most growth potential for Leesburg.
“Promoting and marketing Leesburg as a positive, stable business location is our goal,” said
Edwards. “The Property Reveal 360 brings a variety of investors together and provides valuable
information about the Leesburg marketplace.”
Attendees can network with brokers, developers, bankers, business owners, and Town staff
before and after the event. The event is free. Breakfast and coffee will be provided.
