Application filed by Jefferson City School District for a conditional use permit to expand public high school
facilities on approximately 8 acres to accommodate th e construction of a sports complex. The property is
generally bounded by Stadium Boulevard to the south, Adams Street to the west, Oberman Place to the
north, and Jackson Street to the east. The property is described as part of Morris Subdivision and part of
Woodcrest Addition, Jefferson City, Missouri (Central Missouri Professional Services, Consultant).
