AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUILDING PERMITS; AMENDING
SECTION 3-22-2 OF THE VILLAGECODEOF McCALL, IDAHO,
BY DELETING THEREFROM SUBSECTION (F) CONCERNING WHEN
BUILDING PERMITS BECOME INVALID.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAF=O, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 3-22-2 of the Village_Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
3-22-2i APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT:
(A) The applicant shall file a written application on a
form provided by the office of the City Clerk. Such application
shall indicate the intended use or change of use.
(B) Two (2) copies of the following shall also be
submitted:
1. A plot plan of the property drawn to scale show-
ing street and street number, or lot number, properties
and major physical features such as rivers, 'lakes
and gulleys; all existing and proposed structures
yards and parking areas.; setback dimensions and arrow
indicating North;
2. Floor plans and building sections showing layout,
structural details and exterior materials and colors
when the proposed project involves new construction
or alterations to an existing structure.
3. Additional plans or documents if requested by the
Planning Commission.
(C) The applicant will investigate the need for and
pursue approval by any other concerned agencies or depart-
ments, such agencies may include but are not limited to:
1. State Highway Department - opening onto State
highway.
2. State Health Department - wells, septic tanks,
eating establishments.
3. Water -Sewer and/or Payette Lakes Sewer District.
4. Fire Department - McCall Fire Department. .
5. Electrical Inspector - contact State Electrical
Inspector.
6. Plumbing Inspector - Idaho Labor and Industrial
Services, 317 Main Street, Room 400, Boise, Idaho
Phone. 334734.42
7. Building Inspector - McCall Building Inspector.
3. State LandOfficeMcCall Branch (Shore or River •
Line, Docks, Sea Walls).
(D)''The Planning.Commissidn shall. check the application
and all data submitted therewith to see that all provisions,
iirnnses and standards of this Ordinance -will be complied with.
(E) If the application does not comply with the provisions
of this Ordinance, the Planning Commission may accept with
conditions or deny the application for a building permit,
setting forth the reasons for such conditional acceptance or
denial in writing, if the applicant so requests.
