AN ORDINANCE RELATED .TO ZONING, CHANGING ZONE CLASSI-
FICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF McCALL,
AMENDING THE MAP OF ZONING OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ENDORSE SUCH CHANGES
ON SAID MAP AND AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF
THE CITY OF Mc CALL .
WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been given
and appropriate hearings thereon having been held as
required by law, by the McCall Planning and Zonina
Commission and the McCall City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Zone classification of the.following
described .real property in the City of McCall now zoned Zone A -
_Low Density Residential District., be, and the:.same is hereby
chanced to Zone B-Medium-Density Residential.District, to -wit:
rrom'part of Block 26 AKA Tax No. 24, McCall First
Addition to Tax Na. 19, Lot 1, Section 9, Township
18 North, Range 3 East, B.M.
Section 2. That the.Map of Zoning of the City of McCall
be, and the same is hereby amended to make theZo.ne clas.Sifi-.
'cation change he.reinabove set f_Orth'and the•city engineer is
hereby directed to endorse such Zone .change on said man. .
Section.3. -That the Comprehensive Plan of the City of
MdCa11 be, and the same is hereby amended to conform to the
Zone Classification set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance.
