AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO RETAIN McCALL PUBLIC
LIBRARY PROPERTY AFTER DEMAND IN WRITING .TO RETURN THE
SAME, PROVIDING FOR SERVICE OF NOTICE AND FIXING A
• PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:.
Section 1. UNLAWFUL RETAINING. LIBRARY PROPERTY: No
person shall retain any book, newspaper, magazine; pamphlet,
-manuscript or other property belonging to the MdCall Public
Library, for more than one month, after notice in writing to
return the same. Giving of notice shall be deemed sufficient
if given in person or if mailed to the address of such person
as shown by the library records.. Service by.mail:ds complete
at time of mailing.
Section 2. PENALTY: Any person violating any of the
Provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof be fined in any
sum not to exceed the sum of one .hundred dollars ($100.00).
