AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING; MENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 455 OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, PASSED AND
APPROJED NOVEMBER 1, 1992, TO CLARIFY DESCRIPTION
OF PROPEPTY REZONED THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ...,, ... COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 455 of. the City of McCall-,
passed and approved the 1st day of November,;1982, be, and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That the Zone classification of the following
described real property .in the City of McCallnow zoned Zone
A -Low Density Residential District, he, and the same is hereby
changed to Zone B-Medium Density Residential District, to -wit:

. A parcel of land situate in Government Lot 1, Section
9, Township 13.North, Range 3 East, B.M.; City of
McCall,. Valley County, Idaho, more particularly
des'crib'ed as follows
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Government
Lot 1, Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
B.PM., the real point of beginning; thence North
,0°16' East'450 feet along the Easterly boundary of
said Government Lot 1; thence ,lest 361.74.feet to
the Southwest corner of 'the Robert Joseph Mandery
p roperty; thence South 7°50' [Nest 430:75 _feet on a
line parallel to the Union Pacific (O.S.L.) right
of way to the Northerly boundary of rMcCall's 1st
.Addition to the City of McCall;..thence South 86°49'

Section.2. That the Map of'Zoning of the.City of McCall
be, and the same is hereby amended to sake the' Zone classifi7
cation, change hereinabove set forth and the city engineer is
hereby .directed to. endorse such Zone change on said map.
Section 3. That,the Comprehensive Plan of the - City o.f
;.McCall be, and the same is hereby amended to conform to the
.Zone Classification set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance.
