AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING, CHANGING ZONE CLASSI-
FICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF McCALL,
AMENDING THE MAP OF ZONING OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ENDORSE SUCH CHANGES
ON SAID MAP AND AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF
THE.CITY OF McCALL.
WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been given
and appropriate hearingsthereonhaving been held as
required by law, by the McCall Planning and Zoning
Commission and the McCall City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Zone °classification of the following
described real property in the City of McCall now zoned Zone B
Medium Density Residential District, be, and the.same is hereby
changed to Zone D-General Commercial District, to -wit:
A parcel of land situate in the SE4SW1/4, Section 9,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., City of McCall,
Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing7 at the West 1/16 corner common to Sections
� ; 9 and 16, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., City
� 3".-t,, of McCall, Valley County, Idaho; thence North 0°03'
West 677.5 feet along the Westerly boundary of the
SE4SW4 of said Section 9; thence.North 89°28' East
280.0 feet along the Northerly boundary of Washington
Street to the real point of beginning; thence North
0°03' West 276.0 feet to the Southerly right of way
line of Railroad Avenue; thence Northeasterly 276
feet, more or less along said Southerly right of way;
thence South 0°03' East 77.0 feet; thence North 89
28' East 20.0 feet; thence South 0°03' East 410.0 feet
to the Northerly right of way line of Washington Street;
thence South 89°28' West 210.0 feet to the point of
beginning;
The above described parcel being a portion of the vacated
plat of the Lake Port Addition to the City of .McCall.
Section 2. Thatthe zone classification of the following
described real property in the City of McCall now zoned Urban
Agriculture and Recreation Zone F-1, be, and the same is hereby
changed to UrbanAgricultureand Recreation Zone F-3, to -wit:
The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (SW4SE4SW4) of Section 6, Township
18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Idaho.
Section 3. That the Map of Zoning of the City of McCall
be, and the same is hereby amended to make the zone classifi-
cation changes hereinabove set forth and the city engineez is
hereby directed to endorse such zone changes on said map.
Section 4. That the Comprehensive Plan of the City of
McCall be, and the same is hereby amended to conform to the
zone classification set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance.
