ORDINANCE NO'.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF CERTAIN STREETS
AND VACATING AN ALLEY. IN THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,
AND PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF OWNERSHIP THEREOF AND
EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS THERETO.
WHEREAS., The City Council, after ,dUe-.investigation and
consideration, has determined that the nature and extent of
the public use and public interest to be subserved is such
to .warrant the vacation of part of the public streets and
the alley hereinafter described.
NOW, ,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor:i:andfCouncil of the
City of McCall, Idaho; as follows:
Section 1. That portion of Fourth and Lake Streets rights
of way hereinafter more particularly described be, and the same
are vacated, to -wit:
A portion of Fourth and Lake Streets rights of way,
McCall 1st Addition, being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Block:l,
McCall.lst Addition, according to the official plat
thereof, on file in the Valley County Recorder's of-
fice, Cascade, Idaho; thence South 28°52' East along
the Northeasterly boundary line of said Block 1, 181.80
feet to the most Northerly corner of Lot 12, said Block
1; thence North 19°19'-East 107.34 feet to a point on
the Westerly boundary line of Block-2, said McCall 1st
Addition; thence North 28°52' West along said Westerly
boundary line 163.57 feet to the most Westerly corner
of said Block 2; thence North 27°18' East along_ said
Westerly boundary line, 28.90 feet to a point; thence
along a curve to the right with a radius of 410.00
feet, a central angle of 33°50' and whose long chord
bears South 44°13' West 238.60 feet to a point on the
Northwesterly boundary line of said Block 1; thence
North 61°08'.East along said Northwesterly boundary
line 124.28 feet to the point of beginning;
Said tract of land contains 15,298 square feet more or
less, subject to easements of record or in use.
Section 2. That the portions of said streets above vacated
in Section 1 of this ordinance shall revert to the owner or owners
of Lots 7, 8, 9,.10 and 11. , Block 1, and Lots 1, 2 and
3, Block 2, all in McCall 1st Addition.
. Section 3. That portion of a_certain alley in Block 2,
McCall 1st Addition; hereinafter more particularly described
be, and the same is hereby vacated, to -wit:
A portion of. the alley. n-Bloc:k 2, McCall 1st Addition,
`-being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of.Lot 7, Block 2,
McCall'lst Addition, according to the official plat
thereof on file in the Valley County Recorder's Office,
Cascade; Idaho; thence South 8°00' West along the Easterly
boundary line'of Lots.l through 7, inclusive, said
Block 2, 182.84 feet to a point on the Northwesterly
right of way line.of.the Union Pacific Railroad; thence
