WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been given and appropriate hearings thereon having been held as required by law, by the McCall Area of City Impact. Planning and Zoning Commission and the McCall City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Mc CALL AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
