BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 473 of the City of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. That the following described lands and territory located in Valley County, Idaho, which lands and territory are adjacent or contiguous to the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, be, and the same are hereby annexed to the corporate territorial limits of the City of McCall: All that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SWE4), Section 7, Town- ship 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Idaho, not now within the corporate limits of the City of McCall, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South 1/16 corner on the East boundary of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Idaho, the real point of beginning; thence North 89°44'10" West 1322.13 feet to the Southeast 1/16 corner of said Section 7; thence North 0°16'13" East, 883.45 feet along the Westerly line of the NE4SE4 of said Section 7; thence South 89°40'53" East 525.00 feet; thence North 0°16'13" East 440 feet to the Northerly line of said NEaSE4; thence South 89°40'53" East, 511.10 feet along said Northerly line; thence South 0°13'30" West, 230.00 feet; thence South 16°37'05" East, 360.64 feet; thence South 89°40'53" East, 180.50 feet,to the Easterly boundary of said Section 7; thence South 0°13'30" West, 747.19 feet to the point of beginning; containing 31.5 acres, more or less.
