HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 481 - Rezoning of Certain Property from Zone A to Zone CORDINANCE NO. gill AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING, CHANGING ZONE CLASSI- FICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CTTY OF McCALL, AMENDING THE MAP OF ZONING OF THE CITY OF McCALL, AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ENDORSE SUCH CHANGE ON SAID MAP. WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been given and appropriate hearings thereon having been held as required by law, by the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission and the McCall City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following described real property in the City of McCall now zoned A --Low Density Residential District, be, and the sane is hereby changed to Zone C-Commercial District, to -wit: A tract of land in the SEkNE1/2 of Section 7, Town- ship 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Idaho, z acre lot, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point, 848.5 feet East of the Southwest corner of said subdivision; thence North parallel to the West boundary of said subdivision a distance of 525 feet more or less to the State Highway right of way; thence Westerly along said right of way a dis- tance of 200 feet to the real place of beginning; thence South parallel to the West boundary of said subdivision a distance of 100 feet; thence Westerly conforming with the curve of said highway right of way a distance of 220 feet; thence North parallel to the West boundary of said subdivision a distance of 100 feet to said highway right of way; thence Easterly along said right of way 220 feet to the point of beginning. Section_ 2. That the Map of Zoning of the City of McCall be, and the same is hereby amended to make the zone classifi- cation change hereinabove set forth and the city enaineer is hereby directed to endorse such zone change on said map.
