Section 1:. .That Chapter 4 of Title V.III-of the.Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, .be, .and the same is,hereby amended by
the addition thereto oa•NEW,SECTION to.be known and_.desia-
'natef_ d.as.Section 8-4-1A.of the Village Code of.McCall,'Idaho,
and to read as -follows :
87471M LIMITATION ON HOOK-UPS. In ' -t he, ..event . the McCall
City Council determines that. the:existing .City Sewer System,
whether collection systeMs.o.r treatment facilities., are. at or
approaching their respective.capacity limits, such that.the,
issuance'of-additional service hookTup permits would 1ead.to
.harmful consequences to .the general welfare -of the City and;
.its envitons, the Councilby resolution shall limit-the..issu-
ance..of ' additiona.l. service' hook--ups:.in amanner designed to
..preclude.such consequences until such'time asaddditional Ca
pacityl,las been developed. The precise limits, the manner of.
. allocating same, and the.deterMinat.ion of when to impose or
relax. them shall be established by regulations-to`be,promul-
gated by the Counci l,in conjunction vaith the imposition of any
-.such limitations.

AN ORDINANCE
RELATING TO SEWER
HOOK-UPS, TO PROVIDE
THAT THE McCALL CITY
COUNCIL MAY BY.

UPS, TO PROVIDE A BASIS

PROVIDE A PROCEDURE
FOR IMPOSITION AND

LIMITATION.

THE MAYOR AND COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF Mc-
CALL, IDAHO, AS
FOLLOWS: •
Section 1. That Chapter 4 of
Title. VIII of the Village Code
�of McCall, Idaho, be,. and the
same is hereby amended by the
addition thereto of a NEW
SECTION to be known and
designated as Section 8-4-1A of
the Village Code of McCall,
Idaho, and to read as follows:
8-4-1A: LIMITATION ON
HO9K-UPS: In the event the
' McCall City Council deter-
mines that the existing City
Sewer System, approaching
their respective capacity limits
such that the issuance of addi-
tional service hook-up permits
would lead to harmful conse-
quences to the general welfare
of the City and its environs, the
Council by resolution shall
limit the issuance of additional
service hook-ups in a manner
designed to preclude. such con-
sequences until such time as ad-
ditional capacity has been
developed. The precise limits,
the manner of allocating same,
and the determination of when
to impose of relax them shall be
established by regulations to be
promulgated by the Council in
conjuction with the imposition
of any such limitations.
