AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO LICENSE FEES FOR STREET CARN-
IVALS, TENT SHOWS, STREET SHOWS, OPERATORS OF CONCES-
SION STANDS, STREET VENDORS iND'PEDDLERS; BY AMENDING
SECTION 4-3-8 OF THE VILLAGE' CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO,
TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL EXCEPTIONS TO THOSE REQUIRED TO
PAY LICENSE FEES AND TAXES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,.AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 4-3-8 of: the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
4--378: EXCEPTIONS: A license tax shall not be required
