AN ORDINANCE TERMED. "THE ANNUAL --APPROPRIATION BILL", AP;
PROPRIATING SUCH SUMS OF MONEY AS ARE `DEEMED NECESSARY .TO ,
DEFRAY ALL NECESSARY EXPENSES AND, LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF Mc
CALL, IDAHO, FOR.THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Mel
CALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to defray all necessary expenses of the City of
McCall, Idaho, for the; fiscal year commencing October 1, 1985, and ending September
20, 1986, the sum of $2,698,477.00, which said sum shall be appropriated to the several
funds of said City as follows:

,NOTICE OF
' PUBLIC -HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that
the City of McCall, Idaho, shall hold a
public hearing Monday, June 2, 1986, at
the hour of 8:00 P.M. of said day at the
McCall City Hall, McCall, Idaho, pur-
suant to the provisions of Sections
50-1002 and 50-1003, Idaho Code, for the
purpose of amending Ordinance No. 490,
passed and approved September 5, 1985,
being the annual appropriation bill of the
City of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 1986, to create a
special fund to be designated as.the Idaho
Community Development' Block Grant
• Fund in the amount of $383,000.00, for
the following purposes:
To replace old and defective sanitary
sewer lines, install manholes 'arid install
domestic sewer service lines in a residen-
tial area in .the Northeast portion of the
City of McCall, the same"to be financed _
by the first year portion of a .two year
grant from the State of Idaho Community
Development Block Grant Program under
Grant No. ICBDG-85-COMP-III-35; in
the said sum of $393,000.00.
The said grant increases. the .total
budget of the City of McCall for fiscal
year 1986, from $2,689,477.00 to
$3,082,477.00.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that
additional revenue' accruing to the city
since adoption of said annual appropria-
tion bill is a result of such grant to the city
by the State of Idaho. No increase in taxes
or fees for city services shall result by
reason of such increased appropriation.
