Board of Electrical Examiners and Review

The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met March 21,2021, in the Boone Bancroft
Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by
Bill Luebbert at 4:02 p.m. A quorum was present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 10th, 2020 MEETING
A motion was made by Joel Vanderslice and seconded by Fred Gladbach to approve the
minutes of the November 10, 2020 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
REVIEW LICENSE APPLICATIONS
• A motion was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Joel Vanderslice to approve Paul
Fuller to receive his Journeyman Electrical License. Motion passed by a show of hands.
• A motion was made by Joel Vanderslice and seconded by Fred Gladbach to approve
Scott Webb to receive an Electrical Master License. Motion was approved by a show of
hands.
• A motion was made by Joel Vanderslice and seconded by Jim Gooch to deny Daniel
O'gorman a Journeyman Electrical License. Motion was approved by show of hands.
REVIEW EXAM TESTING APPLICATIONS
• None
OLD BUSINESS
• None
NEW BUSINESS
• Kimm Bland, the new Administrative Technician, was introduced to the Board.
• Matt Kreyling, briefly discussed reviewing and adopting the ICC 2018 & 2017 NEC Codes,
possibly in early 2022.
• Discussion about Ameren Square D Lever, by-pass meter failing.
• A motion was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Joel Vanderslice, to accept the ICC
Journeyman and Master Electrician testing results, to obtain a Journeyman or Master
Electrician License for City of Jefferson. The motion was approved by show of hands.
SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING
The Electrical Review Board's next meeting will be May 51h, 2021. Board Members shall meet at
4:00 p.m. in the Boone Bancroft Conference Room.
ADJOURN
With no other business, the Board of Electrical Examiners and Review Meeting adjourned at
5:00 p.m.
