The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session on Tuesday, October
29, 1968 at 5:40 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Raymond Bosch - Acting Secretary
All members present
Moved by Rayburn Anderson to awgrd the bid to Buffalo Bituminous for construction
of the road from Highway #101 to the Brookview property subject to the approval
of the Village Attorney.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.(Council polled: Raymond Bosch, yes; Wayne Neddermeyer,
yes; Harold Winterhalter, yes, Arthur Theis, yes and Rayburn Anderson, yes.
Moved by Arthur Theis to re -appoint Willis Kohnen as Village Assessor with a
salary of $2000.00 a year.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.
