WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that, after due notice and hearing as provided by law, the Board may by Order grant to your petitioner pelnhission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary wires and cables therein, said conduits and manholes to be located, substantially as shown on the plan made by A.
