RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2932
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING PERSONNEL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RE-
SOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following individuals are hereby appointed as a
temporary employees at the hourly rate indicated:

Cristian Ahumada Planning Intern
Melecio Picazo Public Works Intern
$7.16 01/24/90
$7.16 01/29/90
SECTION 2. The City Manager is expressly authorized to convert
the value of his accrued vacation to salary on an equal dollar basis
not to exceed thirty (30) days. The effective date of this salary
adjustment shall be January 1, 1990. The provisions of this section
are deemed to be part of the City Manager's compensation.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of February 1990.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution No.
90 -2932 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City
at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of February 1990 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Atkins,Breazeal ,Gillanders,Swain,Froehle
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
