RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2933
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING
PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRE-
CINCT BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR
THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, APRIL
10, 1990, CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. 89 -2917 OF
THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday,
April 10, 1990, has been called by Resolution No. 89 -2917, adopted
on December 5, 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding the General
Municipal Election, there is established 11 voting precincts con-
sisting of the regular election precincts in the City of Temple
City, established for the holding of state and county elections, as
the regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of this
resolution. That the polling places for the respective precincts
shall be the places designated; and that the persons named being
competent and voters and residents of the City are appointed pre-
cinct board members for their respective voting precincts and they
shall conduct the election in the manner provided by law.

SECTION 2. That the compensation of the persons named as
precinct board members is fixed at the sum of Forty -Five Dollars for
each Inspector and Thirty -Five Dollars for each Clerk for the elec-
tion. The rental for each polling place, where a charge is made,
shall be the sum of Twenty -Five Dollars for the election. When
required, the compensation of the Custodian of a building shall be
Twelve Dollars for the election.

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of origi-
nal resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1990.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 6th day of February, 1990, by the following vote:
