2. Reorganization and Election of Officers

Upon unanimous action of the Commission there is to be no change in the
officers or the departmental representation of the Commission.
3. Bond Issue Projects
Mr. James Butkus presented his report and recommendations regarding the
various projects.
After considerable discussion it was determined that the existing Town
Hall would be remodeled into the Police Department and that a new Town
Hall would be constructed not to exceed 2000 square feet.
It was also decided that the Town would advertise for the services of
a professional architect to assist in these matters.
The Commission acknowledged the fact that they were bound by the require-
ments of Chapter 287 F.S. dealing with competative bidding, but would
move ahead as quickly as possible.
4. Bond Sales
Mr. Gwynn presented a revised letter to he residents regarding the sale
of the bonds. After considerable discussion, the Commission decided not
to send a letter tothe residents regarding this issue.
5. Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 A.M.
